Bueno, al menos Xiaomi tiene servicio de infomacion al consumidor y vaya responde....Os dejo una supuesta respuesta a la peticion de un cliente para que se abriera el proceso de desbloqueo

Regarding your concern with the Mi 5x boot loader, I would like to let you know that our team works the same and that the bootloader will allow the boot to be opened, but in this context we can not give you the exact timeline.

I would like to let you know that we will record this as feedback to you and will prevent it from our team to avoid further discomfort.

However, you can take the following steps to change the language.

Go to Settings

Select Additional Settings

Select the region option

Then select your region to change the location of your device

In addition, the local language will be added to the MIUI system for phones originating in that country, with Xiaomi being marketed in a country. The Chinese version phone only supports Chinese and English languages.

If a specific language option is available, you can try changing the language by following the steps below. However, we will not be able to secure you in a particular language.

Vamos que puedes cambiar el idioma pero solo hay inglés y chino y que abrirán el bootloader pero no se sabe cuando

I understand your concern and would regret to inform you that as of now we are not having any specific update regarding the release of Global Rom for Mi 5X. However, our technical team is working on this. Also, would request you to stay updated on our forum page http://en.miui.com for more information.

Also, would like to inform you that in order to enhance our mobile security, the unlocking mechanism for Mi 5x is being updated currently. During this period, Mi 5X owners won't be able to unlock the device. Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. However, would request you to wait for sometime in order to unlock the Bootloader of your device.
