Compré un ulefone be touch 2 por oferta flash el día 30 de junio, en principio ponía que enviaban el 1 de julio, luego dijeron que el 3, más tarde el 5, para que luego llegara y lo único que hicieran fuera cobrarme y ponerme el estado en "processing", les envíe un ticket y me respondieron que hasta el 18 de julio no podían enviarlo. Cansado de esperar, y puesto que necesitaba el móvil para antes del 24 les respondí pidiendo que me devolvieran el dinero y cancelaran el pedido, y ya pasaron dos días y no me respondieron.
Cuestión que me mosquea bastante, de hecho hoy les envié otro mensaje para ver si responden de un vez! Alguien sabe como puedo hacer que me devuelvan el dinero de una vez?

Si lo entiendo, pero ahora que ya no le da tiempo a llegar lo mínimo es que respondan y cumplan mi petición de devolverme el dinero y cancelar el pedido.

Me está tocando la moral el tema del ulefone be touch 2, siguen sin responderme, e intuyo que es porque estan esperando a enviarme el móvil y empaquetarmelo y que ya no pueda pedir el reembolso.
Además hoy me llegó la funda y un cristal templado para este móvil y el cristal templado me vino ROTO.

Hice un pedido el dia 21/06/2015 y no me ha llegado aun, a pesar de que un segundo envio que realice 4 dias mas tarde si me ha llegado. He reclamado dos veces a soporte y nada. He llamado a correos y me dice que el tracking no esta registrado y que es de un envio nacional de 72H....pero ha pasado casi un mes.....donde estan mis telefonos?

Hoy hace 26 días, y ademas un pedido realizado 4 dias despues ya me ha llegado, el tracking no funciona y me dicen en correos que es un vio de 72 desde españa....hay cosas muy raras...he reclamado a soporte de gearbest y no hace nada mas que darme largas....ya he esperado suficiente y ademas esta el tema de tracking....que narices pasa? Y si no reclamo a paypal y ya esta......

Esto es indignante, después de esperar tantísimo tiempo en el chat de gearbest me ponen esto, además siguen sin responderme por la disputa abierta de los famosos tickets, alguien me recomienda algo? Es que es vergonzoso, esperando toda la mañana para que me diga eso y me cierre el chat sin dejarme hablar si quiera, es que están haciendo tiempo para enviarmelo y que no haya vuelta atrás Y NO QUIERO ESO.

lo que te han dicho es normal, el fabricante se ha retrasado y todavía no pueden enviarte el producto, y para el reembolso te piden como en cualquier tienda que cierres la disputa en PayPal

Si cancelas la disputa ya no podras reclamar nada, yo estoy comp tu, que no me terminan de atar todos los flecos y quieren que cierre la disputa, me dicen que puedo mandar el paquete a su almacen el reino unido, el de paypal que le pida la dirección al soporte y que cierre la disputa y el del soporte, que cierre la disputa y no me da nada.

En 2 horas va a salir el paquete a China porque no me han dado los datos del almacen de inglaterra, y ahora mismo mi sensación de esto no es buena, me veo al final sin movil....

Entro en el hilo para pedir un codigo de descuento para esto:

Pero al entrar veo que el panorama de seriedad y malas practicas de GB sigue exactamente igual o peor que en noviembre de 2015, cuando pedi un movil (elephone p3000s, que ha resultado ser algo fiasco...por no decir algo peor) que llego a finales de febrero de 2015....

Por lo que prefiero pagar 3-4 dolares mas y pedirlo en otro lado, porque compensa no pasar por tanto sufrimiento e incertidumbre.
