Initial PA 4.0 Release

The kernel is almost stock KOT49H. I just added kexec hardboot support so this ROM supports MultiROM out of the box (credits @Tasssadar), some fixes to make it work with GCC 4.8 and some optimisation flags I got from @Gnome.

Any android 4.4 compatible kernel should be compatible with this ROM.

* Add patch to AOSP dialer which allows to use caller ID and nearby places like in stock dialer. This is basically an opensource variant of the google stock dialer known from N5 - thanks to Xiao-Long Chen and kufikugel and whoever might be involved in this!
