Duda sobre TinyDeal

Hola compañeros,

Hoy he recibido un correo sobre un pedido que realicé el Martes 7 en TinyDeal, y como no sé mucho inglés, quisiera saber si me van a enviar el producto o tengo que reclamarles el dinero, ya que no tengo experiencia en páginas chinas. El mensaje es el siguiente:

"Dear (nombre) :
There is some inconvenience about this order (nº de orden).

The (código de pedido) you ordered is very popular in this period, it has sold out at the moment, we are trying our best to get the item soon.

Item (código de pedido) we have already placed the order with our supplier. Usually it will take 2~3 days for us to get from our supplier.

This email message was sent from Tinydeal system, if you agree with our suggestion, please do not need reply it. If you want to change item or get refund of the not available item, please reply us directly,thank you."
