Para otros modelos de Xiaomi existen trucos para habilitar bandas de frecuencias que según la versión del móvil fueron desactivadas.

Por ejemplo para el Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X en varios foros extranjeros dice esto:

Activation of Carrier Aggregation / LTE-A / 4G + Redmi Note 4 / 4x Qualcomm (MIDO) + ​​activation of all bands, including B20 LTE 

1. Download QPST & Qualcomm driver.
2. Make a QCN backup (instructions on the link above) via QPST Software Download ( tab Backup)
