Me he puesto a buscar ROMs para mi Nexus One que tengo actualmente con la última actualización oficial Android 2.3.6 y he encontrado esta que tiene muy buena pinta.
He leído que para poner una ROM ICS o JB hay que instalar Blackrose y he encontrado 2 tutoriales, pero no me quedan claros:
Cómo instalar Blackrose y la nueva tabla de particiones en el Nexus One
No estoy seguro si esto sirve: [S-OFF] BLACKROSE (Custom HBOOT) [28/11/2011] (Método para cerrar el candado y ahora evitar "Main version is older")

warning:you have to re-partiton to new hboot
can be installed to partition that has 160mb+ system and 8mb+ cache(it uses about 152mb with gapps included)
