SAT nexus one americano
Bueno pues nada,despues de pillar un nexus americano de segunda mano y darme cuenta que la pantalla tiene unas manchitas blancas,que solo se ven en fondos blancos,pero que tocan un poco la moral,he decidido mandar un mail al sat de uk.
Esto es lo que me responden: Thank you for contacting HTC. We can resolve your problem but unfortunately it needs to be booked in for repair over the phone, if the phone is branded an American network then you will need to send it in for repair to the states.- Booking your phone in for repair will mean it comes back with the latest possible updates available for your phone. However this also means it will come back restored to factory setting. So you will need to backup your information if you are able to. Due to the Data Protection Act this is non negotiable. We cannot give you a quote or a full diagnosis until it is at our repair centre. At that stage you can then choose if you wish to go ahead with the repair or if you wish to have your phone returned. If you wish to have your phone returned then you would need to pay a fee of approximately £20 for courier costs and the evaluation. Devices repaired under warranty are free of charge. There will be no quotation and the device will go straight into repair after diagnostics. The warranty period for the phone that’s been bought in the UK is at least a year depending on what network it may be branded to. Devices are considered under warranty if the warranty period and has a manufacturing defect. If it’s due to user damage (e.g. the device has been dropped) then it is not under warranty. Booking the repair can only be done over the phone. At the moment it will take approximately 15 working days to go through the repair process once it reaches our repair centre. Es que yo no entiendo por qué has escrito a UK si tienes un Nexus americano. Lo lógico para mi es hablar con los de España y si estos te dicen que ellos no se hacen cargo pues entonces entiendo lo de buscar alternativas, pero de primeras yo iría a lo más sencilo.

Les he escrito alli porque he visto a un miembro del foro que tenia el mismo problemas,lo habia pillado de segunda mano americano y no le pusieron ningun problema.
