I am proud to present you with Carbon ROM for the HTC Desire. Thanks very much to CarbonDevs for their hard work on this amazing ROM and anyone else who contributed. This ROM also contains tons of customization from SlimROM and CyanogenMod.  About Carbon: CarbonRom is an aftermarket firmware based on the Android Open Source Project. We are dedicated to fast, stable, and feature-filled roms, honesty and communication with our users, and openness with our code. We like frequent builds, with the very latest and greatest hardware support and fixes. We strive to not only provide you with the best rom we can build, but also to give back to the Android community and our fellow developers. For us, this is about creating something we can be proud of and hope you will enjoy. Features: For now only a few features which were all present on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean are supported and will slowly be added back for Android 4.4 KitKat as time progresses. This release has the following ones available: - Carbon Fibers (all ROM features are organized in one place with scrollable tabs) - Navigation bar (custom colours, icons, layout, buttons) - SlimPie - Status bar settings - Lockscreen settings and notifications - Ribbons - Power Menu settings (add more options and toggles) - Quicklaunch (Put up to 4 applications/shortcuts in the quicklaunch ring) - Expanded Desktop - Quick Settings (Tiles) - Quick Access Ribbon in drawer - Status and Navigation Bar See Through (currently very popular) - Tons of other stuff that needs further exploration Adaptions for bravo: - Baked in CronMod INT2EXTV2+ (credits @croniccorey) - Enabled Swap2Int (64mb) - Added Trackball wake into Carbon Fibers / Buttons - Included slim Gapps (Playstore, Calendar, Gallery) - Included alternate home: Holo Launcher HD (credits mobint) - Some tweaks for better scrolling performance Not working: - Video recording (present in all 4.x ROMs) - Screen recording (brings "Unable to create output directory.") - FC when starting the camera from Holo launcher: "gallery" has stopped; -> solution: delete the shortcut and create it again - SELinux - ART Instructions: Requirements: - An hboot with at least 250mb on system. These include stock hboot or Alpha Jelly (250/5/182) hboot (credits @jmcclue) - A 512mb - 1.5gb EXT partition (EXT4 recommended) on your sdcard. Use this guide to create the partition. Partitions made using other tools (CWM, Minitool Partition Wizard, etc.) will likely cause issues. - The latest TWRP (credits @Chromium_) or 4EXT (credits @madmaxx82) Recovery. Old versions of CWM may cause issues. Installation: - Full wipe - Flash ROM - Boot rom and let it settle down (3-5 min) Download: CarbonRom for bravo unofficial v0.2 Optimized Settings: Please do all tweaks with caution! 1.UI:
First enable the Developer options by opening up "Settings > About phone" and then tap a few times on "Build number".

Esta muy bien la rom, las roms carbon se hacen para muchos modelos de moviles, y suelo llevar mucho esta rom con el Nexus, se lo he metido a la desire y va bastante bien y con mucha personalizacion, no tanto como la beanstalk del otro hilo pero mas que suficiente

Hola llevo esta ROM desde ayer y la verdad que el consumo de batería se nota me dura mucho mas, pero la veo un poco lenta. Que me recomendais que haga. La instalación fue full wipe a todo menos a batería. Pero le falta algo de rapidez. Entro el en terminal y no me deja activar la sd.

Probandola... de momento todo ok... He seguido todos los consejos y va bien
El Holo Launcher este que trae incorporado parece un clon del Apex, o sea que me lo queda tal cual.... Se ha quedado congelada al actualizar e instalar alguna aplicación (con el Tapatalk sobre todo) y navegando con el "Boat Mini" despues de congelarse me ha dado un FC, tambien con el que trae de serie

CarbonRom for bravo unofficial v0.2 Removed swap2int from init.d for increased internal memory - Fix for gesture typing - Fix for wifi tethering (thanks to @kakofonija) - Updated a few google apps (camera, dialer, email, keyboard, exchange services, play services) - Added Nova launcher for greater performance

CarbonRom for bravo unofficial v0.3 - Significantly increased performance and responsiveness - Missing Dialer.apk added back - Fix for wifi tethering by downgrading hotspot libs (thanks to @kakofonija) - Fixed gesture typing - Static Carbon wallpaper set as default (Blueballs was too greddy) - Slim's New Power Menu - Torch added to quick settings and quick access ribbon - Replaced AOSP Keyboard with Google Keyboard - Invited a few companions of Trebuchet: Nova Launcher, Holo Launcher HD - GApps no longer built in, now available as a separate package

funciona correctamente, llevo una tarde probandola y sin problema, se nota algo de lentitud pero lo considero normal, ya que son 512mb.

vale, ahora veo que al intentar llamar, cuando deberia salir el boton de colgar no sale, cuando me llaman no me aparece la llamada entrante, ¿a vosotros os a ocurrido?
