Fallo pantalla tactil y boton "retroceso"

Bueno como muchos ya sabeis, al movil le falla mucho la pantalla tactil y sobretodo el boton "retroceso". No se si alguno ha podido solucionarlo, pero abro este hilo para hablar de este problema en concreto.

Yo de momento he mandado este mensage a dandan wu.

I received my T94 phone and the tactil panel is not working good. The "back" button does not work properly. It seems like the tactil panel is not properly calibrated.
I know there is a lot of people with same issue. Is there any solution? maybe a firmware update?

about the back button,i sugget you touch it extractly and not touch one place many time maybe the system reaction slowly

Hello. Is not that.
When I press "back" button, it works like I have press the down part of the display, or some time it scrolls the screen. But not allways.
And it is not only with the "back" button. Sometimes I press any point in the display and it scrolls the screen.
It could seem too much sensitive... but other times I press a point and it just do not work.
And I repeat you, we are lot of people with the same problem.
I hope you could help in some way. Maybe you could contact with the factory, or bring as a way to contact, to see if there could be a solution. Other way, I fear the phones will have to be retourned.
I hope you will do your best.

Yo lo tengo de la misma tienda y con el mismo error,apartel del gps que no situa los satelites
Les he mandado 3 videos y ni me contestan.unos gtas.
Si alguien consigue arreglarlo aver si nos dice como

Pues nada, otro con el mismo problema, lo raro es que a veces va bien. Vaya tela...

He iniciado el telefono con volumen - y power y en el test de botones responden perfectamente. Quiere esto decir que es fallo de software? Es que es un pedazo de telefono y me jode mucho andar asi. Creeis que habra alguna actualizacion de firmware que solvente los problemas del tactil y demas? Por cierto he notado que el fallo del tactil en la navegacion por el menu de aplicaciones, a la hora de seleccionar alguna y tal no existe

Me falla el cuando le doy arriba se comunica con la pantalla pero solo de vez en cuando

He tenido ese problema con uno que vendí aparte sale un mensaje que dice que la batería esta caliente que apage el movil.
Lo llevare al servicio tecnico creeis que solucionaran el problema?
