sgh-I317 version AT&T no bootea

feliz tarde, alguno de ustedes sabra que pasa?, el telefono se estaba usando normalmente, de repente se reinicio y quedo en el logo "samsung galaxy note II I317" de ahi no pasaba, no entro a recovery, solo a modo download, se reinstalo por odin la rom oficial, y dio un error, he aqui el log:
