Teclado qwerty completo letras bloqueadas

Buenos días,

Ya me ha pasado tres veces en un mes de uso de mi HTC TOUCH 3G JADE que el teclado QWERTY COMPLETO despues de escribir un número se me queda bloqueado en los números y no puedo acceder a las letras. El único modo de volver a disponer de las letras es el hacer un hard reset del equipo. ¿Os ha pasado esto a vosotros también? ¿Por qué pasa? ¿Se puede resetear el teclado de algún modo más sencillo sin hacer un hard reset?.

He contactado con el servicio tecnico de HTC y no me han dado una solución válida. Os pongo copia del mensaje. Es:

Hola, me pasó lo mismito la semana pasada y al final se me bloqueó totalmente la pda y tuve que hacer el Hard reset y perdí todo, hasta los contactos (y yo en Rusia sin poder recuperar nada!)

Parece que al WM le falta un hervor.

Asustado me dejais con esta información. No he leido nada parecido por otros foros así que poco puedo aportar, puede que sea un problema del teclado español???.

A mi no me ha pasado (y espero no me pase) pero me sorprende que se "cuelgue" la máquina tanto que sea preciso hacer un Hard Reset. En teoría casi cualquier fallo del software se debe solucionar con un Soft Reset. Vaya que me dejais asutado asustado, me veo haciendo copia de seguridad de mis datos todos los dias!!!!!.

A mi me ha pasado lo mismo después de instalar el spb mobile shell 3.5 (el 3 me iba bien).

Parece que nadie tiene solución al tema, no?


Me tocará hacer hard reset????
