Instrucciones de Instalacion:

Descargue (Boot.img Flash Script) desde aquí
Descargue la Rom
Extraer Boot.img Flash y flasear desde el PC
Copiar ViperOneS_xx.zip (the ROM) en el HTC One S
COnectar HTC One S via USB y asegúrese de tener instalado HTC , necesita los drivers para poder usar fastboot
Apague HTC One S Completamente:
Inicie en Fastboot.
Ahora ve a tu carpeta extrae boot.img Flash:
Dependiendo de su sistema operativo de su PC tiene que ejecutar el archivo como normal:
Windows: flash-boot-windows.bat
MAC: flash-boot-mac.sh
Linux: flash-boot-linux.sh
Una vez terminado vuelve a Hboot
Iniciar en "Recovery"
Instalar la Rom como todas las demas.
El telefono iniciara en el asistente AROMA
Full wipe.
Cada vez que flasee algun mod es recomendable limpiar la cache.

Que buena pinta tiene esta rom!! cuando se cargue el movil me lio a actualizar a la 2.31 y si queda tiempo a meterla esta jajaj. Gracias lennis por el aporte
