Problemas al rootear y con drivers adb

Lo dicho.

Siguiendo todos los pasos, e instalando los drivers desde la carpeta en C de flashtool, al rootear me sale, usando el metodo de doomlord: en casi todo: permision denied. Además antes me salía muchas veces algo que ponía "daemon" o similar. También se repetia el mensaje: adb server is out of date. killing..., luego el mvl se reinicia y no se ha rooteado. Recuerdo que antes me pasaba algo similar y lo arregle, no se como...

EL quid de la cuestión está en los putos drivers adb, los he instalado mil veces pero nada, incluso me he bajado una versión más reciente de flashtool e instalados de nuevo pero nada.

La ultima vez q rootee me fue bien, y ahora queria cambiar de rom y estoy en un atolladero, incluso no puedo volver a la que tenia anteriormente por que se me ha borrado el cwm al flashear la rom basica.

Tengo el antivirus desactivado y el flashtool cerrado, pues he leido por ahi, y lo dan como causa del problema, pero mi problema son los drivers...

Alguna idea? Aunque sea me gustaria restaurar la copia de seguridad q tenia...
