[ CONSULTA ] Error desconocido

Hola comunidad.
He actualizado Android en mi SONY Xperia. Pero después de actualizar no puedo abrir un archivo de extensión .pst .
Recibo el mensaje: Error desconocido
¿Puede alguien aconsejarme cómo abrir este archivo?

Puede intentar convertir archivos pst a formato ost.
Este conversor de archivos OST a PST hace posible transferir datos de un formato a otro usando cualquier dispositivo y cualquier sistema operativo (Windows, Android, iOS, Mac OS, etc.).

Hola comunidad tengo en serio problema

olvide el patron de mi xperia c4 y bueno lo primero que intente hacer es un Hard reset mi telefono jamas entro a ese modo asi que recuri al xperia compani a la mitad me botaba un error despues me diriji ha flashtool descarge la rom flshe pero al final del flhaseo paso algo inseperado

Como bien leen compañeroas decia que tenia que renciar yo personalmente mi telefono asi que dije genial por fin quedo sopresa al encenderlo no arranco intente nuevamente flashear pero ahora no lo reconoce mi pc ni el flhas ni nada que puedo hacer ayuda comunidad o ya eche a perder mi tarjeta logica ?????
