[ CONSULTA ] Problemas con la ROM y no se puede ingresar al OEM

Buenas tardes, mi Moto G4 plus (xt1641) quedo bloqueado en el inicio donde se selecciona el idioma... la solución que me dan es reinstalarla una rom anterior, es decir anterior a la 7.0. He aquí el inconveniente... Cuando trato de hacer el proceso de instalación veo que no tengo activado el OEM y tampoco la depuración ... es decir, tengo bloqueado el bootloader. por ende no puedo instalar la otra rom.
COMO PUEDO SALTEAR O DESBLOQUEAR EL BOOTLOADER SIN INGRESAR A LA ROM DEL TELÉFONO?

No creo que sea esa la solución, no es nada recomendable regresar a un firmware anterior.
¿Qué es lo que te pasa exactamente?, ¿que no te deja seleccionar el idioma?.
¿Has probado a hacer todos los wipes?.

Prueba hacer los wipes, si aún no te deja hacer la configuración deberías flashear nuevamente la ROM stock

Ese es el problema, si tengo el bootloader bloqueado no puedo volver a reinstalar la rom stock

Hice wipes y todo, y el servicio técnico me dijo que lo que se tendría que hacer es volver a instalar la rom stock y en lo posible una anterior al parche del 1 de junio de 2017... pero que teniendo el OEM sin activar ellos no pueden

Beunas, tendrias un tutorial de como flashearla? me dijeron igual que tengo que bajar la vercion de android, es un error que se hizo al actualizarlo... igual hay q tener en cuenta que esta bloqueado el bootloader y el modo depuracion....

Lamentablemente si tienes bloqueado el bootloader y la depuración desactivada no puedes hacer downgrade, intenta flashear la que te puse y esperar que funcione

Hola, no es para hacer downgrade, es para que pruebes si puedes instalar la rom, si pudiste configurarlo entonce si puedes activar el desbloqueo oem y la depuracion usb, despues podras solicitar el desbloqueo del bootloader y asi podras hacer downgrade.
