Xiaomi Mi Box 3S- No carga el sistema

Buenas noches,

Después de meses sin utilizar el "Xiaomi mi box MDZ-19-AA" se actualizó el sistema. En este momento no enciende y aparece la pantalla en negro con el logotipo de Xiaomi. Presiono el botón de Casa + menú y me aparece la pantalla de recuperación (Tal y como aparece en la ayuda), pero el mando a distancia no funciona y no me deja seleccionar ninguna opción. ¿Alguien tuvo este problema?
