Móvil no flashea

Hola gente!

Tengo un Motorola Moto E versión 2014 (modelo XT1021), que siempre estuvo con su sistema de fábrica, sin rootear ni nada. Hace cosa de un mes, lo encendí después de una temporada apagado y se quedó en modo "Flashboot", con la siguiente leyenda:

"Fastboot Reason: Fall-through from recovery boot mode"

El caso es que nunca sale de ahí. He intentado iniciar con todas las opciones del menú ("Normal Powerup", "Recovery", "Factory", "Barcodes", "BP Tools" y "QCOM"), pero siempre sucede lo mismo: el móvil se reinicia y vuelve de nuevo a la misma pantalla.

El PC reconoce bien el dispositivo, aunque está bloqueado ("Device is Locked").

He intentado flashearle de nuevo la ROM siguiendo este tutorial, ya que el usuario en cuestión utiliza un móvil también bloqueado y le funciona:

Pero a mí no me funciona, saliéndome el siguiente error en la consola del PC tras ejecutar "FlashFirmware.bat":

Al mismo tiempo, en la pantalla del móvil sale esto:

Y ahí se queda congelado también.

Por otra parte, he pensado que podría instalarle a este móvil LineageOS, pero claro, para eso necesitaría desbloquearlo y no sé cómo desbloquearlo sin entrar en el entorno de Android.

Llevo mucho tiempo investigando por la Red, pero ya me veo impotente. Por eso recurro a este foro. Si alguien me echa una mano, lo agradeceré muchísimo.

Bueno, creo que el error que antes reporté era debido a que estaba intentado flashear un firmware antiguo (Android 4.4.4) y fallaba al intentar hacer el downgrade.

Hoy he intentado flashear el último firmware y he avanzado un poco más, aunque también me da un error. He seguido esta vez este tutorial de XDA:

Y he seguido los pasos del tutorial, pero me falla al intentar flashear la imagen:

Parece como si hubiese un error en el archivo "system.img_sparsechunk.0", pues dice que no puede cargarlo. He probado a descargar la imagen de otros mirrors, pero siempre me sale ese mismo error, así que no sé qué pensar.

¿Alguna idea?
