Instructions (follow completely):
Download the Full package listed above to upgrade.
Transfer the entire package into the root directory of the phone or internal storage.
Now go to settings> system updates and click the upper right corner on the “Settings icon”.
Select the “local upgrade” option there.
Now select the H2OS package listed there.
Proceed with the update procedure.
The H2OS does not come with Google Apps. So you may also need the Google Play Store Installer APK.

Download the full firmware file from above.
Transfer it to your device storage in root directory.
Go to Settings.
Go to System Updates.
Tap on the top right settings icon.
Tap on Local upgrade option.
Choose the H2OS firmware file.
Approve the installation and let it do its thing

instalada llevo un dia y una noche de momento con esta y anda bastante fluida , el consumo de bateria no es uno de los mejores, pero no se tilda y las aplicaciones funcionan correctamente el unico detalle es la alarma, que al sonar no muestra el dialer para quitarla, creo que es por que no viene pre configurada la aplicacion normal , pero mas alla de eso me anda super y 0 problemas de momento .
