(Noob) Question about stock recovery

Hello, i have a question here. If i have TWRP and Custom Rom on my prime 6 and then flash the stock rom using sugar, will the stock recovery be flashed as well? If the answer is no, how can i have my prime 6 fully stock? Right now i have the stock rom and stock recovery installed and i wanted to try the MIUI and CM12.1 for prime 6 but, without the answer of this question i can't do that

The sugar qct tool flashes the whole stock system.
It flashes stock recovery, partitions, ROM, everything.
It basically deletes everything your device has except for fastboot and bootloader so it can boot, and flashes the stock ROM, including the most recent updates from Vodafone.
The problem is that it takes a lot of time to download the ROM and you should have at least 80% battery to avoid any softbricks.
