[ CONSULTA ] Problemas con radio y llamadas entrantes

Quería haceros una consulta, que ya me ocurría con el Galaxy SII y ahora con el Note2 tambien.
Resulta que cuando llevo la RadioFM y me entra una llamada no se escicha el tono sino simplemente es como si hiciera una interrupción la emisión ...conoceis alguna manera de poder remedio y que el tono se escuche a un volumen decente?

A mi me sucede lo mismo incluso con altavoces externos bluetooth, La Multimedia si (radio, videos, etc) pero los tonos de llamada no se dirigen al altavoz. Lo veo esto como un problema, no hay forma de cambiar este comportamiento?.

Basicamente viene a decir que con el Note 2 no se puede configurar las notificaciones de llamada entrante a un dispositivo externo (auriculares, altavoces, etc) no me lo puedo creer!

Es cierto?, Os ha pasado a alguno de vosotros?
