Desbloqueando Bootloader en ROM Orange ES 2.26.75.1

Esta es la situación

El proceso lo llevo a cabo sin ningún problema en HTCdev.com

EL PROBLEMA viene tras supuestamente haberlo logrado. El móvil se reinició con los ajustes de fábrica. Tras eso, reinicié presionando el botón de Vol.- para iniciar en modo Bootloader.

Pues bien, cuál no será mi sorpresa al encontrarme que tengo el S-ON...
¿Es por culpa de la ROM de Orange? ¿Cómo hago para instalar otra?

Veo que S-OFF es una cosa, y desbloquear el Bootloader es otra.

Soy S-ON pero en la fila superior de Bootloader aparece esto: *** UNLOCKED ***
Entonces... Me podéis dar referencia para ir a buscar el siguiente paso???

Sí, sí.. Ya eres unloked tu bootloader ya está desbloqueado!!!

Se supone que para tener instalados los drivers adb no puedo tener instalado HTC Sync???

Lo instalé pero no rula

Y en cuanto a hacer root, tampoco hayo una manera para hacerlo.
CUÁNTO QUEBRADERO DE CABEZA
Al menos he desbloqueado el bootloader... :-/

Hola a todos.

No consigo el Sync para wildfire s, intento con el programa cargar desde la web de HTC y después de un rato me dice que no tiene conexión con el telef. lo curioso es que detecta la versión de la ROM que tengo.

En la web de HTC no consigo el Sync.

Si alguien tiene alguna sugerencia...
