Bueno, cómo se perdió el antiguo hilo (el creador se cambió de móvil) pues he decidido abrir este hilo para una rom que se lo merece.

I'm pleased to present the Gr6 release of my MoDaCo Custom Gingerbread for the LG Optimus 2X! READ THIS WHOLE POST BEFORE YOU START! No, really, it contains everything you need to know.

About MoDaCo Custom ROMs

MoDaCo Custom ROMs are based on official ROMs - either shipping or leaked. A MCR release is designed to feel as far as possible like a stock ROM, with optimisations, tweaks and complimentary additions that enhance the user experience. The aim of a MCR is to be ultra reliable for use on an everyday device.

Requirements

In order to use this ROM you must have ClockworkMod Recovery installed - see my ClockworkMod Beta post for details.

0725 V20l baseband is recommended, available in this topic.

The ROM is installed at your own risk. The ROM should be installed using ClockworkMod. A wipe IS highly recommended.

Installation

To install this ROM:

• Download the zip file of your choice from the links below (or the online kitchen) and copy to your SD card (/sdcard/_ExternalSD) - you must used a physical microSD card!
• Restart your device in recovery mode
• PERFORM A NANDROID BACKUP FROM THE MENU
• Select the option to apply an update zip, and select the zip file you copied to your memory card - you MUST use a physical microSD card!

If you have problems with Market licencing, check your device date!

First boot may take a while - be patient while it carries out it's pre-dexopt. It's worth it!

Upgrading

A WIPE IS MANDATORY IF YOU ARE COMING FROM ANY ROM EXCEPT A PREVIOUS BUILD OF Gr4 / Gr5! Apologies, but this is unavoidable for this release. I recommend using Titanium Backup to back up your data. Wipe BEFORE installing the ROM.

Please do not mirror these packs elsewhere, I am counting downloads to determine which prebakes are most popular and should be offered in the future.

Prebake downloads

The prebake ROMs must be downloaded / flashed in two parts. First flash the core, then immediately afterwards flash the option pack of your choice.

Bueno, ya la tengo instalada, según el antutu tiene un rendimiento 3D cojonudo, 66 fps..
Ya os diré según avance la mañana la batería y tal..

Yo tenia la gr5 y es de la unica rom que tengo guardado un backup en el ordenador.

Efectivamente va muy bien, llevo desde las 9:30 dandole caña con el wifi puesto y voy por el 87%... en 5 horas un 13% no está mal, es de las que me gustan a mi, de cargarlas todas las noches jajaja

Los tienes por la mitad del primer post, tienes que pinchar en download para la versión que quieras:

Te bajas el archivo core primero y lo flasheas desde el recovery, y luego te bajas el stock o el vanilla, depende si lo quieres con look y rollos de lg o en versión light para tuneártelo tú.

Acabo de comprobar que los links van a filesonic, se me ocurrió que igual lo pedías porque estaban en megaupload D
No asimilo su pérdida aún.

Bueno al final he conseguido instalarla después de un buen rato, resulta que al instalar la rom y la opción no dejaba de reiniciarse sin llegar a cargar la rom bootloop , pues resulta que he tenido que flashear el backtoext3 despues la rom y por ultimo la opción para poder instalarla correctamente.
por si a alguien mas le pasa...

Se me olvidó ponerlo en el post.. a mi me psó exactamente lo mismo jajaja
Bueno pues ayer al llegar a casa llegué con 75% a las 00:30.. 1% por hora en reposo e igual con wifi, me ha sorprendido el consumo bastante, es idéntico al django 0.6

Mirad tengo otro problema, en la lista de apn´s puedo agregar a simyo, pero cuando lo selecciono y salgo al entrar de nuevo esta el que esta seleccionado es el que trae por defecto y claro no me va bien la red de datos. alguien sabe como solucionarlo?, no puedo ni eliminarlo ni modificarlo.

Buenas el problema es que el apn que trae por defecto no concuerda con los datos de conexion de simyo, entonces la conexion de datos no me va,,, asi que digo no pasa nada modifico y listo, pero no me deja modificarlo, asi que digo no pasa nada creo un nuevo y lo selecciono, todo ok lo creo y bien pero al seleccionarlo y volver a entrar en la lista de apns el que sigue seleccionado es el que trae por defecto y no el que acababa de crear muchas gracias.

Pues vayamos asimilando su cierre y el de otras webs similares, como filesonic. De momento ya no se puede descargar nada de ella (los links para la GR6 no van) y según parece podría ser la antesala al cierre definitivo del servicio...

Los EUA nos van a dar por saco...

hay que dejarse de esta clase politica que lo unico que trae es mas de lo mismo siempre, y probar con el partido pirata, aunque suene un poco a risa
