Solo me falta un paso Ayuda T3232 chino

Ya tengo el rom del hty t3232 6.1 espanol
ya tengo el IDT tools
ya copie la rom al SD


todo eso me dijo el chino que debia seguir
pero tengo dudas
me pide archivo .Bin y yo tengo un Smart.UPR

nose que mas hacer

Please download both of two files
-take out the battery and insert it.
Press the down of The end call button(right button), at the same time turn on the phone .
The phone is in the working pattern(the screen showing modem is upgrading) . Don’t connect PC at this time
Install "IDT"
-press brower, choose the ROM. Insert the cable into the phone. Press “start download”. Then connect your PC with the phone.
-It is upgrating if there is a green box appear. Don’t touch them at that time.
-now it is installing the system. when green box appear 100%
-After that, press quit. Take out the battery and restart the phone.

Tips: 1. please make sure there is a 80% power battery.
2. Every computer only has one USB port can use it
