Hola que rom es mejor Está o la helepop? Con esta rom resibire actualizaciones vía otra? Que tal esta el rendimiento en juegos?

La Helepop y esta juegan en ligas distintas, esta es aosp y la Helepop es stock, no se pueden comparar, solo depende de lo que tu prefieras .

Alguien me haría el favor de subir la 5.5.3 a Mega u otro servidor, no sé porqué pero llevo como 30 intentos de descargarla y a cada vez se me corta la descarga.

Si ya has metido alguna ROM antes ya sabes como va, si no lo has hecho lo primero es rootear , poner un recovery como Twrp o el último Philz y luego wipe caché, wipe dalvik caché y luego los formats de system ,data, caché y el de preload ( si usas el recovery Philz también puedes darle a clean install new ROM) y luego install zip y buscas la ruta donde tengas la ROM ( en la memoria interna o externa ) luego install zip las Gapps y luego reboot system y a esperar que arranque .
Así de simple, no se necesita base ni nada por el estilo.

yo estoy en una stock lolipop, la instalo normal? es decir no hay que configurar nada en las particiones ext4 o f2fs, algo así no me acuerdo como era pero para cm12 había que mover algo para poder instalar.
