No puedo instalar ninguna rom

Estimados recurro a uds con el fin de conseguir ayuda y poder arreglar el telefono ya que esta muerto y no funciona para nada, trate de instalar android 5.1 en mi xperia z y no lo pude conseguir y despues el telefono no inicio más. trate de restaurarlo mediante sony companion y no me deja y con flashtool tampoco logro instalar ninguna rom.
