One thing has popped when i am in a call the second sim seems to be disabled completely.
Normally you'd get "an" incoming call on another sim but in this case the phone seems to be off as if the second sim has been shut while in call in the first.
Have you tried this ?
Also attached photo of "weird" sign on the network's zone (Photo Edited due to contact conserns).
