la solucion definifinitiva es restaurar el hosts, si alguien ya a utilizado el kdz offline
el hosts original es este:
paso 1:abren -ejecutar - escrben esto %systemroot%\system32\drivers\etc y borran el hosts
paso 2:abren -ejecutar - escrben esto %WinDir%\system32\drivers\etc ahi ese directorio crean
un archivo de texto nuevo y copian esto:

una ves copiado quitamos la extencion .txt lo de dejamos hosts y con eso se resuelve el problema
