Bueno pues por lo pronto me ha devuelto el importe del cristal a cambio de dejar una valoración positiva o usar ese dinero para comprar otro cristal en Amazon. La verdad es que es un vendedor bastante comunicativo y que busca solucionar los problemas, si estais descontentos, escribirle y a ver si os da solucion.
