Also the latest Cyagenmod 15.1 released on 23rd June has the same problem, google play services, this rom unfortunately needs a fix on this issue, probably the remains of the bug is running on the background, using lots of cpu resource and hence reducing performance.
This rom has a lot of potential, too bad of this bug.
