Por mi parte de momento estoy bastante descontento. Peor rendimiento, conectividad y llena de bugs. Me van peor el Pokémon go que uso a diario, tanto el rendimiento como su cobertura gps. A mejor de momento lo único que he notado es la escritura, menos bugeado el gboard con los gestos.
He puesto en el foro de oneplus esta recopilación de pros/contras que comentó la gente/aue he notado:

PROS:
- Better writting (solved some incompatibilities with gboard and gestures)
- Chat bubbles (I don't see the option)
- New game space shortcuts
- Brighest bat¡r now appears sliding the toolbar (before update u ned 2 fingers or to slide it twice)
CONS:
- More battery drain
- New font (I personally pref the old)
- Bug at youtube fullscreen
- Bug on navigation buttons (they are showed over some app options)
- Bug: can't download videos from Amazon Prime
- Bug: can't write to search gifs on Whatsapp (keyboard doesn't appear)
- BT Audio problems
- Can't install games like PUBG
- Can't update gallery
- ¿Worse indoor photos?
- There is no option do disable the game space shortcuts
- ¿Worse GPS connection? I'm feeling it a lot in Pokemon Go
- Problems with wifi hotspot
- Apps crashing
EXPECTED CHANGES THAT ARE NOT FOUND:
-*In OP8 Pro, there isn't still a option to hide navigation bar when you don't use gestures
- No call recorder
