As per the info received, the team had to delay the OxygenOS 9.0 release for UK and France region due to some carrier certification issues. Users in UK and France will now be receiving an OTA for Oxygen OS 9.0.1 version and it's the same OTA as 9.0 but which has now cleared the carrier testing and changelog remains the same as 9.0.

All users in regions outside UK & France who are already on 9.0 need not update as everything remains the same for them on 9.0
