Pues no, no es eso, continua sin oírse ambas cosas a la vez......
A mi me pasa igual, pero es algo de soft, porque con el Sygic funciona bien . En mi caso es un radio cd con manos libres bluetooth. Acabo de revisar las opciones del bluethoot y veo que en la conexion al Radio CD alpine no aparece la opción multimedia, pero en los auriculares si. Lo que ya no se es como entonces el sygic para la musica del radio cd y mete las indicaciones del camino....... simulará una llamada telefónica imagino.
Veo que en sygic hay dos opciones, reproducir por bluethoot experimental y otra que pone HFP

Play over Bluetooth – Play sounds, voice instructions and warnings via Bluetooth. If turned off, the phone speaker is used (This is an experimental feature).
Play over Bluetooth (HFP) – Play the voice instructions and notifications from another output device, e.g. car radio or handsfree device. If you enable this options, you can also fine-tune call timing when in car via HFP delay slider below.
Preview sounds settings – this will play a short sample of voice instruction, so you can preview the sound settings.
