Es super fluida, la mejor de las 4 ROMs de hero que he probado.
PRIMERA QUE NO SE BLOQUE AL VOLVER AL HOME.
Tiene el Reloj de la HERO ( el que da el informe meteorologico.
Y si tenias alguna aplicacion anterior te lo restaura todo otra vez en el menu!

Simplemente usando el recovery 1.2 RAv que lo podeis encontrar en el foro de XDA o aqui abajo, teneis que primero particionar la tarjeta SD en 3 partes(sino lo habias echo ya) desde dentro de ese recovery, y luego hay una opcion para portar a la SD todas la apps i el cache!

y estos son los comandos desde el recovery para instalarla(enciende tu magic pulsando HOME + POWER). Los he modificado brevemente, porque tal i como estavan en el mensaje original no me funcionavan.
IMPORTANTE: EXTRAE EL FICHERO A LA RAIZ DE TU C
adb shell mount -a
adb shell mount /sdcard
adb push /recovery-RAv1.2.0G.img /system/recovery.img
adb push /recovery-RAv1.2.0G.img /sdcard/recovery-RAv1.2.0G.img
adb shell flash_image recovery /sdcard/recovery-RAv1.2.0G.img
fastboot boot recovery-RAv1.2.0G.img
Y ahora no te hara falta usar el fastboot nunca mas. Simplemente, Mete todas tus roms en la raiz de la tarjeta de memoria con el nombre asi: update1.zip , update2.zip , update3.zip . Enciendes tu magic con los botones POWER + HOME, Y te saldra directamente el nuevo recovery estes donde estes, substituyendo al antiguo y asi no tendras que depender de un PC.
Ahi dentro, tienes la opcion de formatear la tarjeta para que te haga las ext,fat32 y la swapp, y muchas cosas mas!

COMPARABLE CON EL TOUCHFLO DE DRIZZY, MAS DE 10 APLICACIONES YA I SIGUE IGUAL DE FLUIDA!

I used Noverca Audio files, best one IMHO
APN settings are just few, so if you can't connect, just set them manually.

NOTE FOR COMPCACHE USERS
For this rom to working correctly you will need to have 3 partitions on your memory card.
Fat32
ext2/3
linux-swap
in that correct order The swap partition will need to be atleast 32 mb. Making larger won't help as that is the size I have left to. may change later but 32 seems to be more then suffcient.

WARNING BEFORE FLASH !!! (not sure about this :P )
ONLY For those who have already a Partitioned SD Card and Tried many times CompCache ROMS !!!
1) Power off the phone and reboot with HOME+POWER
2) When Recovery starts wait just 10-15 seconds and go in Terminal or ADB
3) Copy Rom File on your "Android/Tools" Directory and rename it in update.zip
4) Push Rom update.zip on SDCARD (it will take about 3-4 minutes) in this way:

5) Delete your /data/app_s/*.* manually in this way:

rm *.*
6) Do a Wipe Data
7) Apply sdcard:update.zip
Installed Apps are on ext2/3 and a Wipe Data doesn't seems to clean them well !
Other Installed Apps are on /data/app/ and I let you decide to clean them or not
