1) Flash stock 4.4 firmware using SP flash tool (Firmware upgrade)
2) Flash TWRP recovery using SP flash tool again (selcct "Download only")
3) Do a first boot: just ignore wifi, data and other things. Where you are on the home screen you are ready to flash this ROM.
4) Turn off your device
5) Turn on in recovery mode (vol+ and power button)
6) Flash Pablito's ROM from TWRP (and OpenGapps if you want)
7) Reboot and enjoy
Pablito, I can confirm all is working
Just 2 minor issues:
- Speaker volume is too loud (earphone channel is good)
- Autobrightness can result in a totally black screen if set too low and in dark places.
