Lo que hice fue instalar una rom global developer por miflash-toolbeta, iniciar hasta que saliese el asistente y apagarlo.
Instalar el twrp por fastboot y hacer lo que dice el tutorial:

Type in the following commands:
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/modemst1
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/modemst2
Antes de reiniciar hice wipe dalvik, cache y data y ya está
