Yo lo hice hace unos días con la versión parcheada. La versión normal me daba error. Me parece que ponía 256 shail y no hacía nada.
Lo hice sin la sim puesta.
Entonces parece que hay que hacerlo con:
* Odin versión parcheada
* Sim puesta
* SM-G970U1 CSC-XAA
Pero tengo la duda con lo del cambio del operador, según el post de xda dice:
- the correct procedure for switching from one carrier's firmware to another is:
1. Flash full U1 firmware package including non HOME CSC
2. Upon boot, insert a SIM of the carrier whose firmware you want
3. Watch for the popup that says "reboot to apply new carrier settings" etc, and do it
4. After that restart completes, reboot back to Download mode and flash the full U firmware package, with the USERDATA file of the carrier whose firmware you want

¿Entonces es con HOME CSC o el otro? ya se que con HOME CSC se hace wipe para borrar datos, al ser nuevo no hay problema, pero parece que para cambiar operador hay que poner el CSC.
IMPORTANTE acordarse del mensaje: "reboot to apply new carrier settings", yes reboot. para hacer efectivo el cambio de operador.
Y yo me pregunto; ¿para qué cambiar el operador a Yoigo si es libre?. Pero bueno será por el tema de redes, lo haré así por si acaso.

U firmware package, with the USERDATA file of the carrier whose firmware you want" , dice U no U1, entonces supongo que es para cambiar a otro firmware de operador de USA.
Entonces lo haré con FULL WIPE, el archivo no HOME CSC.
SIM puesta. Y nada más.
