Yo actualize con el update de 1. 7 mb y desde ese momento me dejo de funcionar...antes en 4.3 ningún drama...compre la apk...

This has worked 100% on my Nexus 7 (2013) which has the issue 50% of the time after a reboot.
1 Charge the device to 100%
2 Hold the device in Portrait Mode
3 Open Android Settings
4 Under Security -> Lock Screen. Select None
5 Under Accessibility -> Auto-rotate screen. Make sure it is NOT checked
6 Open NMI/NPV manually via the icon.
I7 nsert the OTG/Flash Drive*
8 Press and Hold Power until you see "Power Off"
9 Tap OK to Power Off
10 Power On
Repeat steps 8-10 until you see this prompt or NMI opens automatically. If you have repeated this more than 5 times see below.**
cabe señalar que como es el Nexus 10 se debe quitar el desbloqueo de pantalla y rotacion automatica (pasos 4 y 5) pero... mantener el tablet de forma horizontal..
despues de logrado...volver a valores normales es decir poner bloqueo y rotacion...Bless
