si te lo reconoce en fastboot algo haremos
Conectalo en fastboot y escribe
fastboot devices
si es que si entonces copia el archivo tools\recovery\recovery-clockwork-touch-5.8.1.5-ace.img en tools/win
escribe
fastboot flash recovery recovery-clockwork-touch-5.8.1.5-ace.img
tras esto flashea el boot.img, entra en el recovery, haz los wipes(system,data y cache+dalvik) y flashea la Rom (ojo no formatees la particion boot)
