Cambiar el código IMEI:
Legend --> *#4560#
Meso --> *#364666#
y entonces ya se podrá llamar.
- Para hacerlo:
get a imei number first.(you can get it from your other old phone,remove the battery you can see it)
step 1: remove the sim card
step 2: Enter the number *#4560# or *#364666#(input in like make a phone call)
step 3: press "GPRS"
step 4: enter your imei number,then press write imei
step 5: restart your phone
