Que Rom exactamente has puesto?? y que recovery llevas??
Te recomiendo un wipe general.
En CWM Recovery hacer:
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
advanced > wipe dalvik cache
mounts and storage > format /data
mounts and storage > format /system
mounts and storage > format /cache
instalas rom
instalas gapps
fixpermission
reinicias
