6. GARANTÍA
La garantía se gestiona directamente con fábrica, sin embargo, desde la tienda nos facilitarán un email, para las consultas necesarias en el caso de que se produzca alguna incidencia propia de garantía, actuando así como servicio de postventa, dando soporte en la gestión de la garantía.

2.- If there is any hardware problem within 15 days(the date will be counted from the date you get the parcel). If there is no any scratch.We will change a Brand New Cellphone for you.
3.- In principle,we don't offer Warranty if you rooted phone. But we can offer Software Techonology Service. We can try our best to guide you to solve the software problem.
4.- If the phone doesn't work well, such as totally dead. You need send the phone back to us.
5.- If you break the touchscreen (falls, blows or misuse are not covered by warranty),or the speaker doesn't work, we can send you another one to save your time.You could change the parts by yourself.
