1.- Auto-rotate works fine for me. Have you checked the launcher configuration? Perhaps you have it in "always".
2.- This ROM has not included the ygps.apk because already is configured the gps.conf file. You can fix up in two ways: Set the gps.conf file for your country (actually is set to Spain) or install the ygps.apk (copy to /system/app and set permissions to rw-r-r)
