abajo de las imagenes dice:

Check whether your phone is allowed to unlock

Press dial key into dialing interface, enter *#*#7378423#*#* into Engineering Mode. Go to Service info-> Configuration-> Rooting status. If it shows: Bootloader unlocked: Yes, then this phone is allowed to unlocked.

al que tenga bootloader para desbloquear le paso la clave del programa , yo tengo el bootloader bloqueado , lastima !!
