Yo también tengo un Nexus 4 y sufro el mismo problema.
Como dice kutavyz, reiniciando vuelve a funcionar... hasta que aleatoriamente ocurre de nuevo.

El problema, por lo que leí, está documentado y debería solucionarse con 4.3.
