Entro en fastboot y luego

Prueba a entrar en BootLoader --> FastBoot (no al recovery)
Desde una ventana de comandos estando en el directorio donde tengas el fastboot teclea:
fastboot erase userdata y pulsa enter
fastboot erase cache y pulsa enter
Finalmente reinicia el móvil
