Hola Pascual, he realizado el proceso A que me indicaste y he tenido un problema con la instalación del SuperUser.
He realizado los pasos anteriores con éxito (lo del token y todo eso), luego me indica que debe reiniciar y debo activar modo carga y usb debug. Luego le doy en continuar en la ventana de cmd cuando ya está como pide y a continuación sale esto:

Cuando le doy continuar, se cierra el cmd. He intentado hacerlo nuevamente y esta vez he visto que el Hboot me sale <Unlocked>, aun así me salió nuevamente el mismo error.
Me bajé el terminal emulator y al colocar SU me sale $ SU: not found
Hice algo mal? gracias
EDITO: No me he bajado los Required Resources de HTCDEV (SDK, Java Runtime*lo tengo instalado desde antes, HTC Sync*no vi lógico instalarlo ya que en el proceso A indica que debe estar desinstalado)
