Los 3 temas que mencionas estan en formato zip y no hay que "convertirlos" a nada, solo extraer el contenido y copiarlo a la carpeta windows.
There are two options how to use the manila files...
If It's a .theme file then you use TF3D Config to install the theme.
If it's _manila files you extract the manila files to a folder on your phone, like 'Internal Storage/manilaTemp'
Then you use Total Commander to copy the files to your Windows/ folder on your phone.
