Me comentan que lo lamentan mucho (seguro que sí ) que por lo general el reembolso es por un artículo nuevo pero dado que no tienen stock y no saben cuando vendrá, mejor que directamente haga la devolución, que por mi cuenta pague el paquete y que les envíe con una etiqueta la devolución y luego el recibo del costo del porte que ellos me lo pagan
