Finalmente parece que no voy a perder dinero con este asunto.
Despues de casi una semana y tener que elevar la disputa a que medie aliexpress, hoy en el caso de aliexpress me llegaba lo siguiente.

And also you need to give us the invoice of the shipping fees.


If we haven't got the shipping document and valid tracking number from you with 7 calendar days, we would assume that you want to keep the goods and release the payment to the seller.

PS: If there’s any agreement reached with the supplier before this case is closed, please provide your supportive evidence on the complaint centre. Or AliExpress shall have the right to proceed to handle the Claim based on the supporting documents available and/or the settlement terms reached in the Order Messages within the Time Limit between the Buyer and the Supplier..

O lo que es lo mismo, que lo devuelva, que el vendedor tendra que pagar los gastos de envio.

A la par de esto, el vendedor (despues de una semana) me dice que el paga los gastos de envio (que generoso )

Asi que esta mañana envie el paquete por correos y ya adjunte toda la documentación en la disputa de aliexpress.

Realmente si esta es la politica de aliexpress, no entiendo la actitud de este vendedor, cuando esto se podia haber resuelto hace una semana y de manera mucho mas satisfactoria para ambos. Yo al menos sigo queriendo la tablet, pero no sera con este vendedor.
