Yo instale esa rom 2 veces sin problemas. Puede ser que el recovery no sea el adecuado, en algunos casos tiene problemas... Yo lo hice con el touch.
Las instrucciones originales

- Now boot into CWM recovery mode and flash the eXperience.zip.
- You will be entered in AROMA
- Now follow the instructions(Select your device carefully and specially be careful in Speedy Droid menu.) select the apps you want to install and remove.
- Again boot to CWM recovery.
- Do a wipe data/factory reset. (It will not remove data from SD card)
- Wipe Dalvik Cache
- Turn the phone on and wait for POWER OFF button, when it appears hit the button.
